1. Plain MDF & Quality Check

• The MDF Boards are directly imported from International reputed manufactures. The MDF is checked by the Kingdom MDF Quality Control Manager.
• Kingdom MDF Quality Manager make sure the MDF meets our quality standards such as the thickness and density of the material.

    MDF Cleaning Process

• The MDF goes through a sanitizing process to make sure the MDF is clean and have smooth surface in the production process.

       Paper preparation

• High quality paper rolls are stocked and highly maintained in the inventory. The paper comes from International reputed companies with the latest design and using the latest paper technology for giving our customers a unique experience with their MDF.
• The paper goes through Impregnation process which uses Melamine Resin.

        Lamination

Kingdom MDF prepares its Plain MDF or Chipboard ranging from 3mm to 40mm thickness and standard size of 1220mm x 2440mm. The paper is applied on top and lower side of the MDF. The board then goes through the Lamination machine. In which it is hot pressed.

       Stacking & Storage

Kingdom MDF Production team checks the finishes and quality of the production. Once the quality is checked the MDF is stacks in bundles of 50 pieces and stored in a cool dry place ready to be dispatched.

       Delivery

• The Bundles are loaded and left for delivery.
